Bonus Wagering Requirements

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. bvk8 is not liable for delays or failures in processing transactions caused by inaccurate account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on bvk8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bvk8 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bvk8 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to reflect.
bvk8 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which bvk8 has no control and for which bvk8 accepts no liability. You are responsible for checking the fee schedule of your chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week by the bvk8 payments team. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a security measure to prevent money laundering.
Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals requested before a KYC check has been completed will be held pending until verification is finished. bvk8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion.
Failed or Delayed Transactions
If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your bvk8 balance within the expected timeframe, you must contact the support team with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. bvk8 will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. bvk8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure failures, including mobile wallet provider outages.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonus credits must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds will be processed.

Abuse of Promotions
Behaviour that bvk8 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the bonus or promotions system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of free bet offers — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bvk8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bvk8 staff or other players through any communication channel.

- Placing bets on behalf of a third party using funds supplied by that third party (acting as an unlicensed betting intermediary).
8. Account Suspension & Closure
bvk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bvk8 reasonably determines that:
- The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or the Company.
- The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period through the responsible gaming tools.
- bvk8 is required to close the account by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
- The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the bvk8 support team via 24/7 live chat. Before closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) may be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Self-Exclusion

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bvk8 will attempt to notify the player at the registered email address before applying a dormancy status.
