bvk8 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bvk8 platform available at bvk8.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by bvk8 from time to time (collectively, the "Agreements").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bvk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Player" or "User") and bvk8 (the "Company", "We", or "Us") in respect of all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and associated services provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the bvk8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are aged 18 years or older. bvk8 is an adults-only platform. 18+
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of bvk8 or any of its affiliated entities or game-supply partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request or a forced closure by bvk8.

bvk8 enforces the 18+ age requirement through Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bvk8 will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may register one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, including bonus credits and pending withdrawals.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. bvk8 is not liable for delays or failures in processing transactions caused by inaccurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the bvk8 support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat channel.

bvk8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Where 2FA is available, it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. bvk8 will never contact you by unsolicited communication to request your password or full payment card details.

KYC Verification

bvk8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is approved, or at any subsequent point where bvk8 deems verification necessary for compliance or security purposes. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the bvk8 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bvk8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bvk8 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bvk8 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to reflect.

bvk8 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which bvk8 has no control and for which bvk8 accepts no liability. You are responsible for checking the fee schedule of your chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week by the bvk8 payments team. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a security measure to prevent money laundering.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals requested before a KYC check has been completed will be held pending until verification is finished. bvk8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion.

Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your bvk8 balance within the expected timeframe, you must contact the support team with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. bvk8 will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. bvk8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure failures, including mobile wallet provider outages.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bvk8 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season promotions), cashback arrangements, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus credits must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds will be processed.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount plus any winnings generated while the bonus is active, unless the specific promotion states a different calculation basis.
• If you withdraw funds while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bvk8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the bvk8 Platform.

Abuse of Promotions

Behaviour that bvk8 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the bonus or promotions system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of free bet offers — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the bvk8 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG systems used by bvk8's game supply partners are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically fair over the long run. bvk8 itself does not influence game outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bvk8 — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by bvk8's standard sports betting rules. Key provisions include:

• Bets placed after an event has started may be settled differently from pre-match bets depending on the specific market rules.
• In-play bets are accepted at bvk8's discretion and may be suspended at any point.
• Where an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original start time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• bvk8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type and are published within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, bvk8 will investigate the incident using server-side game logs. Winnings generated during a period of confirmed malfunction may be voided. bvk8 is not liable for losses resulting from your device, internet connection, or power failures on your end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bvk8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bvk8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to circumvent any geographic or access restriction applied by bvk8.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using funds supplied by that third party (acting as an unlicensed betting intermediary).

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bvk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bvk8 reasonably determines that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or the Company.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period through the responsible gaming tools.
• bvk8 is required to close the account by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the bvk8 support team via 24/7 live chat. Before closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) may be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily at the player's request may be reopened subject to bvk8's standard re-registration review, provided the player was not subject to a self-exclusion or forced closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is causing them harm may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are acted on immediately upon confirmation by the support team. Self-excluded players will be blocked from logging in, depositing, or wagering for the duration of the exclusion period chosen (ranging from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion). Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bvk8 will attempt to notify the player at the registered email address before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a real-money balance may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.
